Was a small very friendly store, but definitely focused on the more healthy options for food, coffee you can ground, bulk items, vitamins, as well as hygiene products that are better quality.

Small store. They didn’t have everything we like, but a lot of natural items that we buy on a regular basis. Very friendly staff who tried to help in any way they can. This is a co-op. I do like supporting organizations like this, in addition to getting a discount price on things.

These people are horribly disgusting. They lost the bid for the farmers market but instead of proceeding with class and grace, looking out for the vendors and farmers that rely on the market to feed their own families they have decided to stone wall the new group running the market. They refused to provide a list of vendors, contact information, or any previous information. The new crew has literally been driving out to farmers trying to find the vendors. PFC had been spreading false information claiming the market would be a mess and EBT tokens would not be available. THE ACTUAL IS THAT YOU CAN NOW TAKE OUT $50 in double up!!! The PFC is refusing to hand over any of the social media accounts. Acting like children isn’t just hurting the new operators but also the farmers, vendors, and families that rely on this community staple.

Friendly staff with a nice selection of organic food. The fresh made meals smell delicious. I stopped after my cancer treatment. It's nice to have a place near Borgess promoting healthy food!

Despite challenging times we have been through this last decade. The people’s food coop continues to move forward and try new strategies. I commend the board for their efforts. Great local selection of meats and produce with high quality shelf stable products. Job well done.
